Tagliatelle and Champignon sauce with German Vienna and Bacon

My first pasta dish, i decided to switch it up with a some German Vienna together with Champignon sauce, perfect for wine and dine occasions, or the perfect date night for two.

Ingredients


Onion (dice into cubes)


Tagliatelle


Champignon Sauce


Gouda Cheese (Grated)


Mushroom


Garlic (Crushed)


Bacon


German Vienna


Method

  • Boil the Tagliatelle, add/spoon of oil and salt

  • Chop your German Viennas and Pan fry until they are slightly burn for presentation purposes

  • Pan fry your bacon until it is crispy



Champignon Sauce


Slice your mushroom throw them in a small pot along with the onion and garlic

Once the mushroom and onion is cooked to a brown juicy finish, Pour Woolworth Champignon Sauce into the pot (serve while hot)

Add all the contents together with the pasta and mix together while on heat!



Serve.
