Preferably great for a games night, a birthday party in the back of your home or outdoor, a Saturday noon with the boys or typical movie night on a Friday. (serves 4-8)
Ingredients
8 beef burgers (thick)
4 white hburger rolls
8 cheddar slice
Sweet sticky rib marinade
Streaky bacon
Jalapeño
Red onions
Beef patties
Place your patties on a tray and pour the sweet sitcky rib marinade
Pan/flame grill the burger patties fully.
Remove from heat
White Ham Burger Rolls
Cut your burger rolls into half and add salted butter.
Place into the oven for 3 minutes with heat set at 180
Streaky Bacon
Grease your fry pan and fry the until it is crispy.
Jalapeño and Red Onion
Cut the jalapeño and red onion into slices and fry for 5 minutes add salt and pepper for more flavor.
Pineapple
Slice your pineapple ( any size of your choice)
Putting it together
With the burger bun open begin with your jalapeño and red onion
Add the pattie
Add the first slice of cheese
On top of the cheese add your pineapple
Add your bacon
And your last slice of cheese and finish off the upper bun.
Enjoy with a beverage of your choice.
