Ingredients:
140g butter
4 large eggs
You will need:
Mixing bowl
Whisk
Spatula
Sauce pan (20cm x 14cm x 5cm)
Method
Heat oven 170c. Grease and line tin with baking paper
Melt butter and cool
Whisk sugar and eggs in bowl until creamy, stir in butter
Add brownie mix and stir until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chunks and crushed pecan nuts.
Spoon batter into lined tin.
Bake 25-35 minutes in centre of the oven. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Centre should be moist and gooey.
Cool in tin before turning out and cutting into squares.
You may sprinkle some icing for the finishing touch depending on your preference.
