I made this dish preferably for the those who enjoy chicken burgers, great to make for games night and outdoor occasions.
Ingredients
Thyme
Chicken burger patties
Cheddar cheese slices
Burger Buns
Lettuce
Mayonaise
Carrot String (garnish)
Beetroot cut into strong (garnish)
Mushroom sliced
Mushroom and cheese sauce
Hash Brown
Garlic
Black Pepper
Cooking oil (any oil of your choice)
Add your small onto heat and begin by adding oil and garlic
Add sliced mushrooms,cook until golden brown
Add Thyme
Add pepper
Pour mushroom and cheese sauce sachet into the pot and cook and let it settle for 5 minutes
Chicken Patty
Place the patties on a oven tray
Put the patties in the oven for 20 minutes at 180c
Burger bun
Butter both buns inside and put them in the oven for 3minutes at 180c, take out once they are golden brown on the inside
Build your burger how ever you want and finish off with a your beetroot and carrot strips as a garnish
Potatoes chips or a salad may added on the side.
