Perfect for formal/dinner gatherings.(serves 4-8 people)

Ingredients
6 large (enough to cover the ingredients)
1/4 Double Thick Cream
Tyme (fine dices)
Baby spinach
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 small gold potatoes
Chedder cheese (grated)
Mix the six eggs and 1/4 full cream double thick
Whisk until the cream ands eggs have fused to form a off-white batter mixture
Dice the bacon into small cubes and fry until it is brown and crispy, remove from heat
Thinly slice the potatoes and pan fry for 20min, pay attention to the potatoes,until they are golden
Add the baby spinach on top of the potatoes while on heat
Add crispy bacon
Add thymn
Add your grated chedder cheese and wait until it has melted
Pour the egg and cream mix into the pan and cook until the middle is cooked and top is golden brown and yellow.
