Frittata

Perfect for formal/dinner gatherings.(serves 4-8 people)

Ingredients


6 large (enough to cover the ingredients)


1/4 Double Thick Cream


Tyme (fine dices)


Baby spinach


1 teaspoon kosher salt


2 small gold potatoes


Chedder cheese (grated)


  • Mix the six eggs and 1/4 full cream double thick

  • Whisk until the cream ands eggs have fused to form a off-white batter mixture

  • Dice the bacon into small cubes and fry until it is brown and crispy, remove from heat

  • Thinly slice the potatoes and pan fry for 20min, pay attention to the potatoes,until they are golden

  • Add the baby spinach on top of the potatoes while on heat

  • Add crispy bacon

  • Add thymn

  • Add your grated chedder cheese and wait until it has melted

  • Pour the egg and cream mix into the pan and cook until the middle is cooked and top is golden brown and yellow.
