Beef Wrap with Sour Cream and Chives (Serves 6)

Wrap may be eaten alone or with French Fries
Suitable for indoor and outdoor occasions - Funky Friday or games night with mates!

Ingredients
Full cream cottage cheese (smooth)
Rump Steak
Beef spices (steak rub) - can be any spice that you prefer
Sour Cream and Chives
1 cup of sour cream
2 table spoons of lemon juice
1 tea spoon lemon peel
2 table spoons chopped chives
Pinch of salt
Salsa
2 Tomatoes
1 Small Cucumber
1 Red Onion
White Wrap (can be any type of wrap depending on your preference)
Method:
Steak:
Cut your steak into strips, add your spices on to the strips before you pan fry/grill.
Remove the beef off the heat Once strips are brown and cooked.
Sour Cream and Chives:
Chop the chives into small bits
Pour the Sour Cream into a bowl
Add your 2 table spoons of lemon juice into the bowl
Grate your lemon skin and add into your bowl
Once you have added your chives ,lemon juice ,lemon peel and sour cream into the bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes.
Salsa:
Chop the cucumber to your preferred slices
Chop the tomatoes to your preferred
Chop the red onions to your preferred
Add everything into a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt
Putting your wrap together
Place your wrap
Spead the smoth full cream cottage cheese onto the wrap
Add your salsa
Place your beef strips either on top or to the side next your salsa
Pour your sour cream and chives sauce on top of your meat.
When folding your wrap
Begin by folding the bottom of the wrap inwards
Finish off by folding your left side and right side
Enjoy.
